Fitness plays a very important role in my life and I believe it should play an important role in everybody else's life too.

As a personal trainer / coach I am here to help you achieve your fitness goals no matter how big or small they are.

Being a mother myself I understand the pressures and challenges we grow through sometimes, aswell as finding the time for ourselves whilst taking care of our little ones and the identity crisis some of us face after pregnancy.
But we must not neglect ourselves and as everyone gets older it's important to not over look the importance of adding exercise into our every day life.
